How long does shipping take?

Shipping leaves the warehouse within 72 hours, depending on your location and shipping method, it can take between 10 days to 30 days depending on stock.  Furniture takes from 30 days to 90 days for delivery.

What happens if items is not as described?

Contact Into-Style immediately with in the 30 day guarantee and Into-Style will put this right immediately.

When does the 30 day guarantee start?

It starts 10 days from when item leaves the warehouse.

How do I know when my package has left the warehouse?

Customers will be informed throughout the process with tracking numbers to watch the jorney of your parcel. 

Guarantee & Extended Warranty 

30 Day Guarantee on all items for defect, fade  (not as described).  

All items over $300 come with a 3 months extended warranty.  

All bedding is to be dry cleaned ONLY for guarantee to be valid.  

Please Note: If you choose to wash bedding yourself the guarantee is invalid. 

Full replacement on any item that has a defect.  Items are shipping to safety standards to protect materials.
