I had an appointment on the 16th where doctor lied and gave medical certificate for shoulder for 11 days more than what is already with winz when I requested after she wasted my time in the appointment for 84$ a medical Certificate for 2 years.  Because I responded unhappy she then wrote out mental health violence to beat me up. Very disturbed that you are prepared to commit perjury and distort the truth dismiss the truth, this is not only an illegal offense, but you should have your license taken off you as it is clear you do not act for the patient but corrupt officials which is a danger to the public safety and same applies to Lisa Searle who also controls over victim and threatens her.   The question is would you do this to your family member? I think not.  Why would you do this to a woman you do not know and have not bothered to care for her physical health,  the answer is internal corruption. People who gain a doctorate in medical are to serve their communities not hold a woman to ransom, knowing that I have had billions I mean billions through an illegal breach made out of my family.   If you don’t understand this then you will need to educate yourself in IT, Family Violence, Community Violence, Illegal violations, white and blue collar crime courses and study is available should you need to understand this situation that I have been breached to and exploited frauding and stealing life and financial freedom.   Then medical want to get rid of the victim so they don’t have to be responsible for a corrupt breach where they have frauded my family and harmed beyond all measures in the mental health.  If you need me to educate you on human rights I can it is clear you do not understand basic human rights and dismiss clients with serious physical health problems because of your impairments twisting to mental when that is a lie and always has been.  Criminals and the corrupt never like a victim who speaks out about their injustices.  I asked for my information FOI from Auckland Hospital and are refused my information because of the corruption and distortion, corrupt medical files, medical names of providers who were part of the abuse etc.  It is an illegal offense to abuse any person in this way and it is a criminal offense to commit perjury and harm anyone.  This is happening over money, and this is fraud.

 

The question has to be asked what was David Gaskin and Olly Wilson trying to achieve by breaching my rights and illegally beating up my family?  These people stole our home life etc. and these are the people who destroyed my family along with Morgan’s and Tim.  I have never heard of a victim of crime having to relive the violence year after year through corrupt IT and breaches and trying to push her to go back to violence.  Australia is nothing more than violence and has committed the most horrific crime scene.  Navin R Singh and violent Muslim criminal who commits perjury and beats up good people in Medical West Gippsland Hospital and La Trobe, holds them hostage has them raped and attempts to murder not only her life but her families.  This is criminal and who has the mental impairment again?  At that time I was active in the community, 4 days a week badminton training coaching etc., on 2 boards,  Dancing a few times a week, I was at table tennis a couple of times a week, I was working part time, completing and upgrading courses, about to start a new job at private school, looking after my son and his transport, I was also at gym every day, I lived with medical physical health every day while I got up got dressed and went out to try make a life for myself, no one has a right to control my life or interfere in my life in any way shape or form they do not have permission.  It is no one’s business I was not on a benefit and it is a breach of privacy and corruption in a dirty community controlling welfare making out lies to harm victim editing media to get community to treat her a certain way, it was cruel and violence beyond measure.   I got up, I got dressed and there was no help, there was only control for an illegal breach all over the world and accusations, cruelty done to my whole family, grooming all sorts of dirty violence internal control and defaming fraud charities you name it.  This driven my David and Linda gaskin.  When I was badly abused by online threats and corrupt mafia in medical and police and locked up and had it all taken from me, only someone who is jealous would do such a cruel crime someone feeding people lies throughout the community and illegal media everywhere not me, them, I don’t know anyone who is breached that has any kind of freedom or financial security let alone IT security.  Peter Schellekens, Bloomfield criminal, Albert Bateson criminal, Steve Scotland horrific abuser, Shane Gray abuser illegal IT, Muslims, Catholics, Tim and Mark Offen.  You may accept this behavior done to your family, but I don’t.  What are these people, in fact any of these people doing in my life to start with, they did not get an invitation to control and abuse me ever.  Peter Houlahan too, these people are people who control over people’s lives on the account of false information feed to them, why because I had my life and financial security taken and I was thrown on the streets pretty much left to find a way through life while groomed and judged by every person through an illegal breach controlling and beating my family up until all on life lines.  I will not take this crime scene and I will not take this mental health violence, that is for the purposes of removal of a person only and to hide the corruption from perpetrators in high places who breached.  Corrupt lawyer in court started this with paranoia for having cameras which it was for protection.  Lawyer has cameras at his house, but he’s allowed too, and he’s not paranoid but if I get them, I’m paranoid and that is the start of the psychological game and crime distorting the truth and twisting normal life.  I will not take this mental health violence and I suggest you learn to do your job which is to look after my physical health, I do not have mental health problems except the violence committed by corruption, which is illegal.  The only delusion I had was trusting people.  If you don’t know my physical problems and understand how bodies work, then you should not be practicing in communities.  Don’t make a simple request into a mental health crime scene to control over victim and threaten her welfare.

 

By the way I had a normal life in 2012 when my children and I left a perpetrator and for those 2 years I lived a very busy life I mean busy and I was not talking out loud in my room or anything, this since 2014 and Olly Wilson took my phone and opened it up to cause abuse on me in the community right up until now as it still continues changed my whole life and stole everything  breaching everything I do and say, exploitation.  That is not my mental health but the perpetrators who are illegally breaching my private life. All goals and aspirations taken, putting us in a position to not have a home for security but to be in a country with no financial help which is no one’s business anyway in 2014 when we left New Zealand for Australia, and a family to heal and get the best schooling etc. for them and to be free from violence that was done to our home daily by corrupt Morgan’s, Tim, Wilson, corrupt cops and system child’s lawyer and Reid. While David gaskin watched on bbqing with me but saying conflict of interest not allowed to discuss grant Morgan’s violence which was happening outside our house at the same time.  Cruelty and control by a corrupt system and Muslims.  A Framing.  Child Lawyer was working for violent corrupt Morgan’s and my family he refused to speak with. Let’s talk about my shoulder as it seems to be a big topic.  I will give you the whole story because it appears you need it. 

Around 2008 I was helping with netball and I over stretched my shoulder and it was the beginning of all problems.  I was refused ACC coverage, even though an accident, this because of internal corruption already on file.  I then spent a couple of years with a shoulder out of action on and off.  I then had cortisone injections one after another month after month which was pointless, then they decided they would smash the calcification up under guided ultrasound which failed and was nothing more than a cruel experience.  I was then left again for months until it jammed up and it wouldn’t work at all in horrific pain.  Only then I was able to have operation privately by Khalid Mohammad.   I should have had this dealt with months before, as I had full cover insurance but no I was being mucked around everywhere, there was an internal problem happening with corruption.  This late 2011.   Whether you want to believe the internal problem is irrelevant because regardless this is how I was treated or neglected.   My shoulder now susceptible to calcification build up.  In 2019 I was held hostage institutionalized and abused corruption perjury distortion and violence by a corrupt Australia and bharthan Muslim catholic.  Morgan, Wilson, MacGlashion, Offen and Gaskin crime.  All hiding their breach and lies and horrific crime scene that David gaskin has been hiding for many years which I didn’t even know about until I went to Australia.  Not that you need most this information, but it is better to inform you of some of this crime scene.  Bharthan is a very dangerous man and has attempted murder on my life committed perjury and beaten up my whole family, in fact my son in Australia at that time wanting to die because he is homeless with no one and his whole life and family destroyed by this breach Morgan and Tim crime plus corrupt cops.  You have 2 options, you can either be honorable and treat your client with respect as you would want if you were the patient, or you can continue to commit perjury and harm an innocent person over money fraud.  Once bharthan had slowed down my metabolism and harmed all my muscles as this is the first thing to go when drugged it harms the working of the body and makes it sick and toxic, this created more calcification in my shoulders and within a few months I had serious problem because my body not functioning well at all, harming not only my brain but all of my organs and muscles and body for the reason of what again?  I am not here to be exploited exposed or a slave nor have my life stolen at the hands of David Gaskin.  I now have a very sick body and my shoulder has now had an ultrasound which shows the calcification and needs an operation.  I am told by specialist I have to pay $8,000 to have operation which I don’t have, because I had my insurance taken when my life was stolen in New Zealand Timaru 2014 by corrupt Wilson and Gaskin Offen.  I then filled in a form to try get operation, but the public sector refused.  So, I accepted that and moved on that I am a victim of crime and will be treated like a bucket of shit for something I have not done.  I then have many years with calcification in my shoulder, and the corrupt Australia violence wanted to come into my hotel room at Quest Eden and I was to have a shoulder operation this all put to me through the media, which I refuse to listen to as it is corruption and violence and psychological nonsense.   I was then in 2022 locked up and injected into my shoulders where my injury is and badly harmed at the hands of criminals.   Through corrupt records.  I have evidence of everything, you don’t get to judge my situation without seeing the whole truth which I have.  I will not be having operations or anything from medical including mental health until this breach is dealt with and put before the courts.  My life has been and is in danger of corrupt medical and criminals, the evidence is all there. 

 

Getting back to my shoulder, I was held hostage by bharthan 2019 and was injected into the hips where I have now more trouble with my hips since forced medication and damage to my muscles, for a crime I have not committed.  I am not here on this earth to be a slave to corrupt cops and governments.  I then in 2022 at the hands of Lisa Searle whose is acting for the corrupt breach had me harmed by neglect from winz and locked up thanks to corrupt police and medical forced into homelessness.  I was held against my will and forced medication for conditions I do not have and now being injected in the shoulder.  Infact Lisa Searle also committed perjury on the form for mental health I have the recordings of the conversations and she distorted the truth to harm me.  What sort of cruel crime is this.  What have I ever done to Lisa? Nothing.

 

I have a hiatus hernia on my right side. Which I live with, and if you don’t know what symptoms that can have when neglected in nutrition and abused then you probably need to get educated once again.  I have the medical papers to prove this.  I also have Spigelian hernia. I also suffer with inflammation on my joints and body, which is a problem when I do not have my nutritional and physical needs met.    I also have had 2 operations on right salvia duct plus removal of all teeth etc. nerve damage,  due to a serious condition caused by medical Dentist malpractice.   Which is another mockery and distortion of the truth neglect of welfare.  I also suffer with gastritis bleeding of the stomach lining and inflammation reflux, caused by years of medications which I never should have been given as I did not and do not have those conditions which striped my stomach lining continually.  So when nutrition is lacking this can cause problems.  If I had money none of this would be happening this is what it is like to be a victim of fraud and stolen life and domestic violence.    I also have a knee and right hip injury that went undiagnosed and not dealt with in 2013 through more corruption. Olly Wilson.  I live with this injury and accepted a long time ago 2013 that this is how it is, I am a victim of a cruel violent breach and framing and when injured I will be neglected.  I suffered with iBS due to not anxiety not depression, but due to domestic violence and medications which cause diarrhea.   I suffered with migraines too.

I went to Australia in 2014 and went off all medication like for osteoporosis etc. when I don’t even have it. And my body started to heel.  In Australia I didn’t suffer with migraines, my IBS I was able to get under control and live a reasonability good life, providing I looked after myself.  My lungs and breathing and flem that I suffer with eventually got better as well.  I was not fit when I went to Australia and I started to exercise, I couldn’t run or anything it took me about a year before I could even run for 1 minute. That’s how sick my system was, I got my system into a manageable place providing I really looked after myself best I could in my situation.  I was fit and healthy not as other people but for me and my situation.  I still had health problems and energy problems and knee and hip and shoulders etc.   I have been so badly harmed and locked up 3 times life stolen and financially ruined at the hands of this breach and criminal activity.  Medicating a woman for mental conditions she does not have and dismissing all physical health for this cruel crime scene.

 

As I said I have had many operations, from gallbladder removed to ovarian cyst, Emergency C Section etc. plus much more throughout the years.  When I went to Australia and got away from the Morgan violence, I was then able to stay away from hospital and actually live a pretty normal healthy life where I can be active, best I can be, and have a very busy schedule.  Unfortunately, this was all taken in December 2017 just before I was about to start a new job at a private school.  This was driven my corruption breach threats and neglect.  Sarah violence calling me Sarah and writing false records, not using my name, control and defamation.  Peter, Tim, Albert, Rosemary Atherton, Carolyn Coster, Shane Gray, Joanne, Danny Millidonis and Steve Scotland.  A Grant Morgan crime scene from hell. 

 

My body does not function like other people’s bodies even though I look perfectly fine, it has been badly harmed by medical malpractice and medications for many years which have Crippled my body more and more.  This should not have happened.  In fact, for me to be well I have to be out of poverty and violence, to function well.  Right now, that is not the case, and I am neglected from nutrition and lack of exercise.  Which I have requested from you to get sorted which you have neglected and dismissed.  What is this over again this neglect, and I should be working? Right now, as discussed, I live with Inflammation, shoulder problems, organ inflammation, muscles problems, flem breathing, face problems when eating or not eating, because I cannot get the nutrition and exercise, I need to get well.  I also live with knee and hip issue; Medical mental health has harmed be beyond measure and nearly killed me shutting my organs down and causing more weight gain is also dangerous to my welfare especially my welfare knowing how my body works. Mental health is and has been the cruelest experience and violent psychological horrific abuse. I should not have to tell people my health problems or be exposed violated like I have been for many years or looked at like a hypochondriac or a liar. This done so communities can judge and harm my welfare and put me down, insult me and put me into a box of rejected hell when that is not the truth and David gaskin knew this, in fact they were using me for an illegal game, illegal dating and Charites, music you name it, to cover up a crime scene knowing I was trying to get a private investigator to deal with this, which I was stone walled.  stealing all the while I live in poverty, beating and defaming my children at the same time. No one steals my house, my animals, my life, my business, my community and gets away with it David Gaskin.  My health is not any bodies business, and I should not be in this situation, it is fraud of life and financial freedom to control create records continually defame and psychologically harm beyond measure. So when the next provider or healthcare worker picks up files, they pick up a framing and continues the abuse.  With people’s opinions when not informed or don’t know the whole truth because it is so big now, then write that down. It is dirty.  Grant Morgan was given a license to kill, and the police watched on, grant Morgan was given that license so David Gaskin and Tim Olly and Mark OFfen could look clean.  You don’t see me doing any of this to others ever.  I’m not the mental one nor the perpetrator I’m a victim of false records and violent men a framing.  Being the victim of violent men does not make me mental or have sexual or communication problems in fact it says I have morals and refuse to be abused by such horrible people who have no boundaries.

 

I can go into more deal to do with lungs etc. if I need to if you don’t want to believe me, but the fact is I should not have to beg for help or put my life on display continually to be abused and neglected.  This is not mental health but physical and it is time you stopped with the dismissal and the lies put on paper because I asked for 2 years medical.  A 2-year medical can be given for my physical health problems, you had no trouble writing out one for shoulder, Lisa was happy to write one out for 2 years for shoulder, but you are not for some reason, you just want to play the mental health game to control and fraud me of life because I am not working.  What job would you suggest I do please?  What an insult.    Not only that I have been here in New Zealand for 3 years plus now with a medical against the job seeker when that should have been for support living once again not paid correctly leaving me more harmed.  And if you want to know about my education, I am more than happy to tell you that also, including prevented from university marks so I could not get a good job only physical which my body cannot do.  You let me know. I request a medical certificate for my physical health problems to be forwarded to me thankyou and as for mental health you do not have a right to discuss this with me or anyone because I only see you for physical health and mental health is in question as to the honorability of their actions, where false records, corruption and perjury has taken place.  I also requested on a previous email costing for rehabilitation of $200 a month plus $200 for nutrition, plus $120 month for all other needs from hairdresser to clothing, to personal items etc., why should I suffer and have nothing while millions are being made out of me.  This money is bare minimum it is not even big dollars or a lifestyle it is just the essentials to try help my body get well.  This gender violence crime is absolutely disturbing and making out I need a carer is insulting and takes away equal standing, my rights and my welfare, but is to control me and put me under the thumb, I object to gender violence and insults when this crime scene is not my doing.  You are there as a medical provider to help with my medical needs.  I should not have to explain my self, it is the internal violence that is causing this issue with you the doctor and it is the mental health which is being clouded of my physical health to harm the victim and get her to go away.  When I talk about my physical health that is nothing to do with mental and going off subject is inappropriate and shifting the conditions to something else.  Also, a disability certificate for the nutrition etc. thank you. Defamation is a criminal offence by the way.

I will not be going to Australia for another round of violence, my children are victims of mind control and violence from religious and mental health violence I will not be having anything to do with them until this breach is dealt with and I get my power back and my human rights.  Only then will I engage with family who by the way are suffering everyday by this corrupt crime.

 

 

My diet consists of starch and dairy, no nutrition. NO anti-oxidants Omegas nothing because I don’t have the money.  I can’t live on food that causes heart problems and fatty liver food and be well and feel alive.

 

I have spent my life an honorable professional person who in communities was always professional and well dressed and spoken,  and I did not defame people not even ex’s no one I keep quiet, I only exposed once I had been abused so badly in 2017 by medical malpractice in Australia attempted murder by mental health and false records and threats.  Just like my birthday present from IBAC about 1000 pages of woman and children coroner’s reports, how should I take that?  A gift or a threat?  So don’t go getting who I am while in situational violence and think that is me, when it is so far from the truth, nor did I go around swearing or anything.  This is because I have no other way to deal with such cruelty and abuse and I refuse to turn to drugs or any substance or anything, no perpetrator including medical will ever push me to that life even though forced into homelessness with gang and Māori’s.  And dirty Muslims and arranged marriage violence too, another story for another day.  Believe what you like I know the truth I am not delusional or schizophrenic but a medical miracle and intelligent woman who has been dealt a cruel violent hand.

ACC is full of false records dating back to 1990’s.

Grant Perry McGowan on the board DHB distorted the truth to hide sexual harassment in the work place.  Grant McGowan was my boss and I refused to sleep with him even after him putting a bed in his office and offering me $1,000.  He then told me to go counselling and organized it along with his colleagues in medical to write false accusations about me with ACC.  Grant married to Margaret medical.  I had started my career in office and thanks to Grant’s actions I had no choice but to leave work.  I could of held him to ransom for his nonsense but it is not in my DNA.  He later in years was put in jail and was declared dead suicide which is a lie he is in Australia under another name corrupt police.  I did not ask for this nor did I go looking to be sexually harassed in the work place.  His wife knew he was unfaithful it was written all over her face.  I was at that time dealing with Mark Buckley problem where he refused to let me go and told me we will be together and there was no way out, he would smash into my car, smash windows of house, threaten to kill all sorts, he was not taking no for an answer.  Marilyn another person I worked for in the end once I told her about the sexual harassment would get me to leave work early for safety re buckley as I had an hour drive home to hororata, and it was to prevent any more smashing into my car. It was also because McGowan had turned nasty and Marilyn was protecting me from him.  The choices now are I don’t have a choice but to leave so grant organized me to get put on ACC using bullshit to get me it, this going against my character and name, when I had done nothing, I had worked for other companies and never had sexual harassment, I was trapped and it was safer for me to get away from work and buckley and not do all that travel.  No woman should be put in that position we should have freedom to go about our day not be abused by horrible controlling men who think that we are there property.

Then this lee mariner crime, well it is no one’s business I didn’t go there to get money, I didn’t even know about compensation, in fact I was just telling counsellor about my story and what had happened to me nothing else.  Infact, I minimized it and she made me stop doing that.  There are false records from Yan re ACC letter that are not true and I don’t know where he would get that information from when I never ever say a Yan.   Annette knows the truth and if she tells the truth then I rest my case. To think you can use past private sensitive information to abuse me Olly Wilson and Morgan’s to obtain my private records is a criminal offense, Grant Morgan is not my guardian or even related to me, he is a criminal who should be in jail.  I have done nothing to anyone, and I have not committed an offense, this is illegal activity.  Then my parents have a business at the same time in church corner where I do a few hours, ACC is now writing more false records and has incoming calls from a tip off caller saying that ACC Government is being ripped off and I am getting paid while on ACC or something like that.  Everything was done above board it was lies and defaming leaving a trail and framing of my life and parents at the hands of men and sexual problems.  I am also allowed to work for my parents for free if I want to, it’s a family-owned business.  Violence smashing into our shop all sorts done by corrupt mark Buckley and his corruption when he is not even supposed to be anywhere near me.  It is also a lee mariner crime he is part of all my ex’s as rapists always keep their victims close and groom and continue to stay close to friends or family.  When a victim of rape or ex violent offenders they never set their victims free.  They make sure they pay for life harming everyone in their path and defaming character.  Just like Grant Morgan one of the worst offenders you will ever come across sick beyond measure.  Grant knows all the ex’s also, and they gang up together to cause hell.

John McGlashan working for corrupt Morgan’s to save face for Grant Morgan’s illness and frame my family for his illness.  Let me make something very clear what are all these people doing to begin with screwing with my family we are just living life like normal people when these peoples harassed abused and threatened causing storm after storm.  We have done nothing, and those children are mine and Grant interfered with them and he does not get those children even though John Lawyer thinks he should for being a sexual predator.

stay inside they were locking me up, mark also told me I was to walk a different direction from now on, which is bad idea when the community knew me and safety when walking around the people you know.  It was violence, I was also told by mark I have to get a man.  I did not want one and he knew it.  I also was neglected by mark offen and he would come in mufti and say things like I won’t tell my partner I’m here.  He was not my friend, he was not honorable but had ulterior motive, he was not getting me ready to join police he was grooming me and in a roundabout way threatening me.  He was also taking my belongs and not returning them when I asked him to.  He played games with phones, and they were getting off on breaching and abusing my family.  John MacGlashion had 2 formal complaints put in regarding full breach of human right for children and inappropriate violence against my family, they were played with and ignored.  You might think this is acceptable and you would like this
